Ben and his great team are the absolute best! I’ve called them to install what seemed impossible (a high end toilet) and they did it. They are always on time, always responsive and the most pro team you could ever ask for. I’ve worked with them through challenging issues, they figure it out and come through. The response time is most important, they give you a tight window and come through. Every time! I can’t say enough about the professionalism and they don’t leave until you are confident in their work. So impressed by their service. I cannot recommend them enough! I had to get a Flo meter with auto shut off for my house because of new insurance requirements. I found that many plumbing companies are not trained in how to put these in or what is required. Ben and his Plumber, Jordan were not only well versed in the Moen Flo meter instillation but also had competitive pricing with no hidden charges. Their estimate was good for 6 weeks – which was also amazing. I purchased my Moen through Amazon for a great price. Neither Ben nor Jordan spoke down to me. Both answered my questions and were very patient with me. Thank you, Ben’s Plumbing!….I won’t call anyone else!!!

My husband called Ben’s plumbing to fix a few issues in our summer home in Ventura. Jacob was our technician. He arrived promptly and diagnosed a problem with the hot water in the shower correctly and got it fixed at a very reasonable rate. He also replaced our garbage disposal quickly and efficiently. My husband is a very demanding guy and also follows around the technician which would drive me crazy ! Jacob was pleasant and respectful in addition to being a very good mechanic. Highly recommended!

I used to go to router rooter , they sent new kid who just broke my stuff . Bens plumbing came in fix it . Did a good job , didn’t damage anything . They were fast and charged what they quoted . I will never go back to router rooter

We had used Bens Plumbing a number of times , so when our kitchen sinks backed up we called him . It was on Saturday so to snake the drain he charged $365.00 . One week later it backed up again , which means it was not fixed . This time he charged $245.00 , however he brought back the snake of 50 feet and said it did not get to the problem so his employee said he would return tomorrow with the 100 foot snake which Would find the problem. My thought was since it did not work the first time they should have brought the 100 foot snake the second time but did not . His employee told my wife do not use the sinks and dishwasher . Well they cancelled the next day , no Sorry , and the employee told my wife , he had to charge double because he made an additional trip . This was not my fault !!!! The problem was found at 60 feet . In my opinion, they should have brought that one the first time , and yet they did not even bring it the second time ???? I had always been the go to person to discuss with Ben any issues . He did not have the decency to call me and left his employee to tell my wife . So, I called Ben , told him in no uncertain terms what I thought of him and his company. I also told him to Pound Salt . Take me to Court ! I have Always paid for work accomplished , not this time . And he Never Said the Simple word SORRY !

Jordan is the plumber who came to my house. Very professional and courteous. He explained what he was going to have to do to replace my water heater. After further inspection he found a valve that had seized. He let me know and proceeded to do the job. When he got done with the job he went and over the invoice with me. The pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely call Ben’s plumbing again.

Happy that a plumber was available for drain cleaning on a 2-hour notice. Service tech arrived on time and performed needed cleaning. Only gave 4 stars because I thought the cost was significantly higher than that quoted by other plumbers who were not available until the next day.

Ben called to let me know his plumber technician was on the way. Chris arrived before previously quoted start time. Chris was polite, courteous, and friendly. I was working on a Zoom call, and he was quiet and respectful. He replaced the toilet and cleaned up after himself. Great service!

These guys are great. Called them, they were here within 15 minutes. Well kept, professional looking, no hesitation letting them in (older folks will appreciate that). Listen to my concerns, straight to work, worked well, cleaned up after themselves. Even offered to keep an eye on Craigslist to let me know about a washing machine. These guys are keepers. I had an emergency 2 days before Christmas. The kitchen was leaking. The gentleman came to my house on such short notice in a pouring down rain. Fixed the problem very quickly.
